DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and may depend on your location and local customs processing.

Shipping and delivery:
Orders typically receive tracking information 3-5 business days being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Premium Shipping typically arrives 12-20 business days.

Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or other events outside of our control.

Depending on your item’s location, your order may be fulfilled through one of our preferred shipping partners, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees but cannot guarantee against any unexpected expenses.

RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. VARKON VAULT is the seller of record for purchases made by buyers shopping from the United States. Replacement of products and credits applied to your account for shipped items claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, and we may require you to sign and return an affidavit before looking into your claim.

Any replacement, refund, or account credit will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our policies and the results of our investigation. All decisions made by VARKON VAULT are final.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of placement or before the order has been processed for shipment, whichever comes first.


If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. If neither has occurred, simply access your order via “Track My Order” or “My Account,” click “Cancel Order” and follow the instructions.

If you checked out as a guest, you may need to create an account to manage or cancel your order.

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

A complete unboxing video is required for all claims involving damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing items.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, return, or refund.
